J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC has announced the buyback and immediate cancellation of 69,000 of its own ordinary shares at 127.0p each, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 39,197,170. This adjustment in shares also equates to the total number of voting rights, which is pertinent information for shareholders in relation to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
