(Contractors) PLC has recently bought back 30,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, which has adjusted the total number of shares in issue to 39,411,170, also equaling the total voting rights within the company. Shareholders are advised to use this new figure for any interest notifications required by the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
