IXUP Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Freya Smith, who has acquired 5 million unlisted options with an expiration date of May 31, 2027, at a strike price of $0.03. This change, effective June 6, 2024, was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 5, 2024. There were no disposals of securities and the total number of options held by Director Smith after the change is 11 million.
