IXUP Limited has announced a new proposal to issue securities, which includes a maximum of 61,616,667 options expiring on 3rd October 2025 at $0.02 and 123,233,333 ordinary fully paid shares. The proposed issue date for these securities is scheduled for 3rd October 2024. The move aims to raise capital through a placement or other type of issue, subject to approval by the ASX.
