IWS Group Holdings Ltd. has renewed its Master Services Agreement, allowing it to continue providing services to Ma Companies for another three years from April 2025 to March 2028. This agreement will cover services related to real estates and public light bus facilities in Hong Kong. The Ma Family, who are connected persons under listing rules, will continue to engage the Group for these services.
