IWG plc has announced that a security pledge over 400,000 ordinary shares related to Non-Executive Chairman Douglas Sutherland has been released. The shares were previously pledged by Nicola Sutherland-Heijl, who is closely associated with Douglas Sutherland. Despite this release, there is no change in Sutherland’s beneficial ownership or voting rights in the company.
