Ivision Tech S.P.A. ( (IT:IVN) ) just unveiled an update.
Ivision Tech S.p.A., a Milan-based eyewear manufacturer with integrated design-to-packaging capabilities and strong R&D focused on eyewear technologies for both mainstream and visually impaired users, has reinforced its position in the value chain through acquisitions in ophthalmic lenses and custom electronics. The company now couples its core “Made in Italy” frame production with the Henry Jullien retail brand and specialised subsidiaries, broadening its product offering and technological control.
The company disclosed a change in its shareholder structure after majority shareholder Effe Group S.r.l. sold 178,500 ordinary shares, leaving it with 4,589,500 shares equal to 58.00% of the share capital and 79.89% of voting rights. Following the sale, the free float stands at 36.54% of the share capital, while Ivision Tech reiterated it will keep investors updated on any further changes and uses the 1INFO-SDIR system to distribute regulated information.
