IVD Medical Holding Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Lam Wai Yan from her role as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective from 1 July 2024, with no disputes cited regarding her departure. Mr. Chan Siu Kei Ken has been appointed as the new authorized representative, while Mr. Law Kim Fai will continue as the sole company secretary. The company’s Board has expressed appreciation for Ms. Lam’s contributions during her tenure.
