ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has successfully executed the purchase of 1,586,487 of its own shares on September 2, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 78.65 pence to 79.75 pence, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 79.40 pence per share, and will be held in treasury. Since the start of the buyback program, ITV has repurchased over 118 million shares at an average price of 75.92 pence.
