ITV plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 1,624,164 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 79.60 to 80.50 pence per share, with an average of 80.10 pence per share on August 30, 2024. These shares are to be held in treasury, following the shareholder-approved buyback plan initiated in March. The company now holds over 107 million treasury shares, with the remaining 3.94 billion shares representing the total voting rights.
