ITV plc has successfully purchased 321,023 of its own ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 80.37 pence each as part of its share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024, and intends to cancel these shares. This buyback is in line with the authority granted by its shareholders earlier in the year. Following the transaction, ITV holds over 120 million shares in treasury, with the total number of voting rights in the company standing at 3,931,608,894.
