ITV plc has successfully repurchased 1,255,304 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, at prices ranging from 78.60 to 79.50 pence per share, with an average of 79.12 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, and following this transaction, ITV’s total number of voting rights stands at 3,934,200,817. Overall, since the buyback program’s initiation, ITV has bought back 126,708,377 shares at an average price of 76.15 pence each.
