ITM Power PLC has announced the appointment of Amy Grey as the new Chief Financial Officer, who will join the firm’s Board by March 2025. Grey will succeed Andy Allen, who is stepping down but will assist in a smooth transition. The incoming CFO has a strong background in finance, with previous high-level roles at several companies including Sheffield Forgemasters and Greenlane Renewables.
