ITM Power ( (GB:ITM) ) has shared an update.
ITM Power has granted awards over ordinary shares to certain employees under its Deferred Annual Bonus Plan, structured as nominal cost options at an exercise price of £0.05 per share and calculated using a market price of 71.375 pence. The awards, derived from participants’ 2025 annual bonus entitlements where performance conditions have already been met, are not subject to further performance hurdles beyond continued employment.
The options, which carry a two-year vesting period from grant, were delayed from their original August 2025 timetable due to an extended close period linked to the recently announced Great British Energy Group investment and a government grant intention. As a result, vesting has been reset to 15 August 2027, ensuring senior executives, including CEO Dennis Schulz, CFO Amy Grey and CTO Simon Bourne, are not disadvantaged, while aligning management incentives with long-term shareholder interests.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ITM) stock is a Hold with a £60.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on ITM Power stock, see the GB:ITM Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on ITM Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ITM is a Neutral.
The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance (persistent losses and negative operating/free cash flow) and a bearish technical trend with the price below major moving averages. These are partially offset by earnings-call evidence of operational progress (record H1 revenue, improving backlog quality, reiterated growth guidance) and a low-leverage balance sheet, but near-term profitability and cash timing risks remain significant.
