At the itim Group PLC Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were approved except for one which was withdrawn; Justin King, due to increased commitments including chairmanships at Allwyn and Ovo Group, has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the company. CEO Ali Athar expressed gratitude for King’s contributions, noting that King leaves the company with a strong and capable board.
