ITC Properties Group Limited has announced contingency plans for their Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on September 6, 2024, due to expected severe weather conditions in Hong Kong. If extreme weather warnings are in effect, the AGM will be postponed to September 13, 2024, without changes to the agenda or shareholder voting entitlements. Proxy forms previously submitted will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting.
