ITC Properties Group Limited has announced that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has granted it a further waiver from compliance with certain listing rules, allowing the company extra time until 29 July 2024 to dispatch its Circular. This extension is designed to enable the inclusion of the most recent financial information for shareholders. The Stock Exchange may revise or withdraw this waiver if there are any changes in the company’s circumstances.
