An update from ITAB Shop Concept AB ( (SE:ITAB) ) is now available.

ITAB Shop Concept started 2026 with stable profitability in a cautious retail market, reporting first-quarter net sales of SEK 2,922 million, up 4 percent year-on-year, largely driven by the HMY acquisition despite negative organic growth. Gross margin improved and operating margin rose to 4.9 percent, while cash flow from operating activities strengthened sharply and net debt, excluding leases, continued to decline, reinforcing the Group’s financial position.

Management highlighted that underlying earnings, excluding non-recurring integration and restructuring costs, were broadly in line with the strong comparative quarter, underscoring ongoing synergy realization from integrating HMY. ITAB and HMY’s joint presence at the EuroShop trade fair generated strong customer interest, and a new three-year framework agreement with a major UK grocery chain for shopfittings is expected to support profitable growth and bolster the company’s competitive position in the European retail solutions market.

The most recent analyst rating on (SE:ITAB) stock is a Buy with a SEK25.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on ITAB Shop Concept AB stock, see the SE:ITAB Stock Forecast page.
