ispace,inc. ( (JP:9348) ) just unveiled an update.
Ispace has decided to consolidate its Japanese APEX 1.0 and U.S. Series 3 lunar lander designs into a single new platform called “ULTRA” to boost mission quality and development efficiency amid rising global demand for lunar exploration. The move responds to increasing expectations from national space agencies and private clients in the U.S. and Japan, as both countries prioritize lunar infrastructure and deeper space cooperation.
The company will also replace the delayed VoidRunner engine from Agile Space Industries with an already flight-proven alternative that has been used in past lunar missions, and will deploy it on ULTRA from Mission 3 onward. In coordination with NASA and partner Draper, ispace has pushed back its first U.S. mission under the CLPS program to 2030 and adjusted its mission roadmap, including a newly scheduled Mission 2.5 in 2027 as the initial phase of its Lunar Connect Services offering.
The most recent analyst rating on (JP:9348) stock is a Hold with a Yen608.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on ispace, inc. stock, see the JP:9348 Stock Forecast page.
