The latest update is out from ispace, inc. ( (JP:9348) ).
ispace has signed a final payload service agreement with Korea’s Unmanned Exploration Laboratory to transport and support a two-wheeled lunar rover on the company’s Mission 3 to the Moon. The deal, valued at 2.5 million dollars, builds on an earlier interim agreement between the firms and underscores growing cross-border cooperation in lunar robotics, although ispace says the contract will not affect its earnings forecast for the current fiscal year.
Under the agreement, ispace will provide end-to-end payload services, including technical integration, transport via third-party rockets, operations on the lunar surface, and related data communications support. The collaboration with UEL, a privately held space robotics start-up focused on construction-capable lunar rovers, enhances ispace’s role as a service provider in lunar exploration and may strengthen its competitive position in future resource and infrastructure projects on the Moon.
The most recent analyst rating on (JP:9348) stock is a Hold with a Yen608.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on ispace, inc. stock, see the JP:9348 Stock Forecast page.
