ISOTeam Ltd. has announced a significant share transfer as part of an estate planning exercise by ADD Investment Holding Pte. Ltd., a key shareholder. A total of 99 million shares will be distributed equally among the children of two executive members at a nominal price, with the transfer pending completion of administrative processes. The transaction is designed not to affect the company’s management or control as the beneficiaries will not be involved in the Group’s operations post-transfer.
