Island Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the application for quotation of a new batch of securities, specifically options expiring on March 14, 2025, with an exercise price of 6 cents. This announcement comes following the exercise of options in accordance with the Prospectus lodged earlier in February 2024. A total of 12,990,209 options, codenamed ILAO, will be quoted on the issue date of June 21, 2024.
