Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd. has announced the completion of a treasury share acquisition, purchasing 1,187,500 common shares at a cost of 2.6 billion yen, within the period from September 2 to September 30, 2024. This acquisition is part of a larger buyback program authorized by the Board on May 14, 2024, which allows for the purchase of up to 8.5 million shares, representing 2.3% of the total shares issued, with a maximum expenditure of 15 billion yen by October 31, 2024.
