Ovanti Limited’s subsidiary iSentric has inked a substantial contract with CIMB Bank Berhad, one of Malaysia’s top three banks, to deliver a suite of omnichannel communications, including SMS, WhatsApp, and social media strategies. This deal, worth approximately AUD $4.8 million annually over three years, cements iSentric’s market leadership, expanding their footprint to five of Malaysia’s top ten banks. The contract signifies iSentric’s successful pivot towards new technologies and underscores their reputation as a trusted technology partner in the financial sector.
