ISDN Brings in New Partners to Accelerate AR Robotics’ Global Drone and AI Push

ISDN’s subsidiary AR Robotics has brought in Soradynamics and Trinity as strategic partners, with ISDN retaining a 30% stake while Trinity holds 40% and Soradynamics 30%, to accelerate the commercialisation of advanced robotics and AI solutions based on a drone-centric platform. ISDN is contributing S$1.0 million in seed capital, manufacturing expertise, and its Asia sales network, while Soradynamics adds Japanese drone and multi-camera video fusion technology and Trinity provides financial backing, positioning AR Robotics to capture rising global demand for non-Chinese commercial drone and robotics systems, supported by an initial contract pipeline of about USD10 million and planned expansion from Asia Pacific into Europe and the U.S.

The partnership aims to develop modular, application-ready drone platforms for high-growth uses such as firefighting, inspection, delivery, and surveillance, aligning with forecasts of strong commercial drone market growth. The move underscores ISDN’s broader strategy of incubating and scaling advanced technology ventures, reinforcing its role as a regional industrial automation platform and potentially enhancing its competitive position as geopolitical shifts drive buyers toward alternative suppliers.
