ISC Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Information Services Corp. (TSE:ISV) has released an update.

At Information Services Corporation’s annual shareholder meeting, all resolutions were passed including the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor and the election of seven board directors with near-unanimous support. The company, a leading provider of registry and information management services, continues to focus on sustaining its core business and exploring new growth opportunities. ISC’s Class A Shares are publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol ISV.
