Irving Resources has entered into an agreement with JX Advanced Metals Corporation to develop precious metal-bearing silica deposits in Japan’s Omu region. JX Metals can obtain a 75% interest in specific properties by investing 300 million yen over three years. This collaboration aims to make the Omu project a leading source of precious metals-rich silica flux in Japan.
