Irving Resources Inc. aims to strengthen its financial position by launching a non-brokered private placement to raise $1 million. The funds are to be raised through the sale of units at $0.40 each, comprised of a common share and a half warrant, which could potentially convert to shares at $0.55 each over three years. These funds will be directed towards exploration of the company’s resource properties and general working capital.
