IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. has successfully sold a floor of its 261 Della Paolera tower in Buenos Aires for approximately $7.1 million, with a portion of the payment financed through a mortgage. The transaction involves a leasable area of around 1,197 sqm and includes eight parking spaces. Post-sale, IRSA retains three floors of the tower, maintaining a significant presence in the Catalinas district.
