Irsa Inversiones y Representaciones SA (IRSA) announced it will commence the payment of the sixth interest installment and the third capital payment for its Series XIII Notes on August 26, 2024. Noteholders registered by August 25, 2024, will receive an interest payment of USD 565,162.17 and a capital repayment amounting to USD 29,062,298.00. Payments will be made in Argentine Pesos at the applicable exchange rate for the notes originally issued on August 26, 2021.
