Iron Road Limited has announced a new proposed issue of securities, aiming to issue a maximum of 40 million warrants with an exercise price of $0.075, valid for 5 years from the date of issue. The launch date for this issue is set for the 9th of August, 2024, as the company seeks to engage in a placement or other type of issue.
