Iron Road Ltd has announced a significant change in the interests of director Glen Anthony CHIPMAN, with the acquisition of 4 million unquoted performance rights as part of his remuneration, approved by shareholders earlier this month. CHIPMAN maintains his direct holding of 3,664,535 fully paid ordinary shares, and there were no disposals reported in this notice of change to the ASX.
