IRISO Electronics Progresses Share Buyback Program

IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd. (JP:6908) has released an update.

IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd. has completed a purchase of 289,300 of its own common shares at a cost of ¥878,740,600 during July 2024, as part of a larger buyback program authorized on May 8, 2024, which allows for up to 1,200,000 shares to be bought back. The company has acquired a total of 629,300 shares for ¥1,906,519,300 under this program to date.
