IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd. has decided to dissolve and liquidate its dormant Mexican subsidiary, IRISO ELECTRONICS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V., due to halted project plans amid US-Mexico political tensions and the COVID-19 pandemic. The subsidiary, which was initially intended to manufacture connectors for North America and Europe, will undergo liquidation following local legal requirements.
