IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd. (JP:6908) has released an update.
IRISO Electronics has announced the acquisition of 515,000 of its own shares at a cost of ¥1,318,016,400 during August 2024, as part of its buyback program authorized by the Board of Directors on May 8, 2024. The program, which runs through November 29, 2024, plans to purchase up to 1.2 million shares, with a total of 1,144,300 shares already repurchased by the end of August, spending ¥3,224,535,700.
