Irish Continental Group plc has confirmed that as of 31 December 2025 its total issued share capital comprises 148,432,980 ICG Units, all of which carry voting rights and none of which are held in treasury. The disclosure, made in line with EU transparency regulations, sets the official share capital and voting rights denominator that shareholders must use when assessing and reporting any interests or changes in interests in the company’s share capital under applicable transparency rules.
