In a recent notice, Iris Metals Limited announced that Director Tal Paneth sold 1,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at $0.20 each, reducing his holding to 29,000,000 shares. The transaction, which took place on the market, was reported under the ASX listing rule 3.19A.2. The sale took place on August 14, 2024, and was not during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
