Iris Energy Limited, also known as IREN, has published its consolidated annual financial report and directors’ report for the year ending 30 June 2024. The reports include details on the company’s executive team, such as Co-CEOs Daniel and William Roberts, who bring extensive experience in finance and infrastructure, and new board member Sunita Parasuraman, a seasoned technology executive with past roles at Meta and Apple. The company leadership also includes other seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds in renewable energy, infrastructure, and financial markets.
