Iridium Communications (IRDM) has issued an update.
Iridium Communications Inc. is undergoing significant executive changes, with the retirement of its CFO Thomas J. Fitzpatrick and EVP of Sales and Marketing Bryan J. Hartin at the end of 2024. Vincent O’Neill is set to become the new CFO, while Timothy Last will step into the EVP Sales and Marketing role. Both executives bring extensive experience within the company and the industry. Additionally, investors might be interested to know that Iridium has declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share, payable in late September 2024.
