IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd. has announced a change in Company Secretaries, with Ms. Cheok Hui Yee and Ms. Goh Xun Er taking over from Ms. Sharon Lim Siew Choo and Ms. Siau Kuei Lian, effective 27 September 2024. The company expressed gratitude towards the outgoing secretaries for their service and contributions. The announcement clarifies that this change is for informational purposes and is not an offer to acquire units in IREIT Global.
