IRC Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 26, 2024, where shareholders will review the company’s 2023 financial statements, re-appoint auditors, and decide on director remuneration. Additionally, resolutions will be considered to authorize share repurchases up to 10% and the issuance of new shares up to 20% of the current shares in issue.
