IQGeo Group PLC has announced an agreement with Geologist Bidco Limited, backed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., for a recommended cash offer to acquire IQGeo. The acquisition is proceeding via a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, and Director Andrew MacLeod has transferred shares to his wife, who also agreed to an irrevocable undertaking favoring the acquisition.
