IQE plc (GB:IQE) has released an update.
IQE plc, a leading global supplier of advanced semiconductor wafers, has reported that its issued share capital includes 966,625,229 ordinary shares, with 966,621,114 shares currently holding voting rights following a block admission update. The update indicated a considerable addition to the employee share option plan, with 16,000,000 new shares added and 5,106,537 shares issued during the period. Shareholders are advised to use the total voting rights figure for regulatory compliance regarding their interest in the company.
