IperionX Director Increases Shareholding

Iperionx Limited (AU:IPX) has released an update.

IperionX Limited has reported a substantial increase in the holdings of its director, Todd Hannigan, who acquired an additional 3,173,092 fully paid ordinary shares valued at A$6,060,606. This transaction, which took place on July 9, 2024, resulted in Hannigan’s total share count rising to 20,238,347, not affecting other held securities such as ADSs, performance shares, options, or restricted stock units. The change was part of a share placement by the company following shareholder approval.
