PopReach Corporation, now operating as Ionik, has just sold its mobile games portfolio, PopReach Games, to Phoenix Games Holdings for up to $9.8 million. The strategic move enables Ionik to concentrate on its core data-driven advertising and marketing technologies, while also improving its financial position for potential acquisitions. The deal, which includes the sale of intellectual property and shares, is expected to bolster Ionik’s mission in providing data-powered solutions for the advertising sector.
