Ionic Rare Earths Director Increases Shareholding

Ionic Rare Earths Limited (AU:IXR) has released an update.

Ionic Rare Earths Limited has reported a significant change in director Brett Lynch’s holdings, acquiring over 38 million Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and nearly 29 million options. The transaction, approved at the shareholder meeting on June 26, 2024, increased Lynch’s total shareholding to over 121 million shares at a valuation of $0.013 per share, with no disposals reported.
