Ionic Rare Earths Limited is inviting shareholders to a General Meeting on 26 June 2024 in Melbourne to vote on two key resolutions regarding the ratification of previously issued shares and options. Shareholders who cannot attend are encouraged to appoint a proxy and return the provided Proxy Form to have their votes counted. The meeting will focus on the formal endorsement of corporate actions already taken under the terms outlined in the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum.
