IONDRIVE LIMITED has announced the issue of a significant number of unquoted securities, specifically 30,625,000 LTI Options expiring in 2029 and an equal number of LTI Performance Shares set for February 2027. These securities, which were detailed in an Appendix 3G filing on August 6, 2024, are not intended to be listed on the ASX.
