IONDRIVE Director Increases Shareholding

Southern Gold Limited (AU:ION) has released an update.

IONDRIVE LIMITED has reported a change in the interests of Director John Hamilton, who acquired 4,444,444 Ordinary Shares at $0.009 each, totaling $40,000, in a private placement approved by shareholders. The director’s indirect interest through the Hamilton Unit Trust and Jackjen Pty Ltd remains unchanged in terms of unlisted options, with the addition of the newly acquired Ordinary Shares.
