Andrew Sissian has been appointed as a director of IONDRIVE LIMITED, as per the Initial Director’s Interest Notice filed with the ASX. At the time of appointment, Sissian holds no registered or beneficial interests in the company’s securities, nor does he have interests in any contracts related to the company.
